My name is Anthony J. Zingales. I litigate habeas corpus matters across the state of Connecticut. Before relocating to Hartford, CT, I was a flat fee family lawyer practicing in Savannah, GA. Before that, I litigated high stakes, high conflict divorce matters in Atlanta, GA.
During my time navigating litigation for hundreds of clients, I have learned a number of valuable things. The first is that litigation is really hard. As a lawyer, I never want to be a part of that difficulty. In Georgia, that goal led me to tailor my solo practice to provide the most direct, personal, and personalized representation possible. I answered the phones myself, drafted 100% of my clients' legal documents, and made myself available to my clients without the runaround. Although the subject matter has changed, I apply the very same principles to my work in habeas corpus.
The best part of being a lawyer has and always will be my client. There's really no point to any of this if my client isn't happy with my representation. I don't say "satisfied" or "pleased" or "content." If my client isn't happy with my representation, then neither am I, and life's too short for anything less.
